At Chérie Club, we prioritize delivering only the best – Exchanges are only available if your product arrives damaged.
In such cases, please email shopcherieclub@gmail.com with clear proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process exchanges.
Please Note:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products damaged due to improper care, including but not limited to:
- Washing with hot water
- Using bleach or harsh detergents
- Machine drying
- Wearing on rough or abrasive surfaces
